The Forth Carbon Neutrality and Climate Finance Forum

As global warming accelerates, extreme climate events are becoming more frequent, widespread, intense, and simultaneous. Climate change has emerged as one of the most urgent and complex global challenges, threatening our living environment and profoundly reshaping socio-economic activities. In the current context of the deep integration of the digital and physical economies, a key focus for scholars is how to enhance governance efficiency through digital means, empowering governments, businesses, and individuals to better address climate risks and achieve the alignment of digital governance and sustainable development.

To foster a broader and deeper discussion on this topic, the Fourth Carbon Neutrality and Climate Finance High-Level Forum will be held on March 30, 2024, in Beijing. The forum is jointly organized by the ISETS Energy Finance Networkthe Energy Finance Committee of the International Society for Energy Transition Studies (ISETS) and the Studies of Climate Finance, Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning, and Economical Mathematics, and hosted by the School of Finance at Capital University of Economics and Business and the China ESG Research Institute. Discussions will center around topics related to climate risks and digital governance. We warmly invite experts, scholars, and professionals from various fields to submit papers and participate in the forum.

The submission deadline is March 10, 2024. There is no registration fee for this conference, and participants will need to arrange their own transportation and accommodation. Please send submissions to: jrxyjrx_cueb@163.com.
