Qiang Ji

- Prof. Ji is an executive director of the support center for discipline research in the Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISDCAS). He is the principal investigator of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has been engaged in research work in the fields of energy strategic management, energy and climate finance, energy forecasting, and risk management. He is the co-founder of China Energy Finance Network, vice president of International Society for Energy Transition Studies and Society for the Studies of Climate Finance. He is a founding editor of the Journal of Climate Finance and serves as senior editors and associate editors for over ten energy and financial journals. He has published more than 150 SCI/SSCI-indexed articles in peer-reviewed journals and been named in the Clarivate Global Highly Cited Researchers’ lists in 2021-2023.

- Dr David Broadstock is Senior Research Fellow and Energy Transition Research Lead with Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN) housed within the National University of Singapore (NUS). David is Editor for The Energy Journal, Associate Editor for the Journal of Climate Finance, and sits on the editorial boards of the British Journal of Management, and Resources, Conservation & Recycling Advances. David frequently engages with media, and has been interviewed or quoted by Bloomberg News, CNA (TV, radio and online), Reuters, ABC News, BBC News, The Los Angeles Times, Straits Times and CGTV, among others. Currently David is also serving as a Co-ordinating Lead Author for the United Nations Global Environmental Outlook 7th Edition (GEO-7).
Duc Khuong Nguyen

- Prof. Duc Khuong Nguyen is a Professor of Finance, Acting Dean of EMLV Business School, and Director of International Development (De Vinci Higher Education). He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Grenoble Alpes (France) and an HDR (Habilitation for Supervising Scientific Research) in Management Science from the CY Cergy Paris University (France). Professor Nguyen has edited about twenty books on corporate finance and financial markets issues and serves as an editor and associate editor of several leading economics and finance journals (e.g., Annals of Operations Research, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, Risk Analysis). He has been a member of the Steering Committee of the French-speaking Network for Government Science Advice since July 2021 and has also been advising the Government of Vietnam and many municipal cities in Vietnam.
Yue-Jun Zhang

- Prof. Yue-Jun Zhang is currently the secetary of the CPC of the Business School in Hunan University. His research areas cover petroleum asset pricing and forecasting, carbon trading and carbon emission reduction strategies, and energy economics complex system modeling. He has published more than 130 papers in peer-reviewed academic journals. He has been successively selected as a "Highly Cited Researcher" by Clarivate Analytics and a "Highly Cited Chinese Researcher" by Elsevier. Many of his consulting reports have been approved by the central government. He has presided over 10 research projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Fund of China, Ministry of Education etc. He serves as the subject editor of Sustainable Production and Consumption and the editorial board member of over 10 international academic journals.
