  • 由西南财经大学吴菲副教授、张大永教授，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院姬强研究员主编的《Climate Finance: Supporting a Sustainable Energy Transition》一书于2024年7月正式出版。该书是国际能源转型学会《Climate Change and Energy Transition》系列丛书的第一本（ISSN 2731-9903），丛书由学会与Springer Nature出版社共同推出，并由张大永教授、姬强研究员和施训鹏教授共同担任丛书主编。 根据国际能源署（IEA）的估算，实现净零排放情景需要在能源领域进行数万亿美元的投资。这既为经济发展提供了巨大的机会，也对现有体系提出了相当大的挑战。如此前所未有规模的融资和投资不可能通过当前的金融架构来满足，这就要求对金融部门进行重组，开发创新的金融工具，建立吸引私人投资的机制，并培养促进气候融资和投资的人力资源。气候金融领域本质上是跨学科的，需要对标准方法进行根本性的重新考虑。 本书聚焦于气候金融的前沿问题，在对当前形势和未来碳中和目标挑战进行总体描述的基础上，阐明气候金融在支持能源转型中的重要性，探讨了如何解决应对气候变化的关键金融问题。本书的主要内容基于扎实的研究成果，并结合了金融理论与金融市场和能源部门的实践，反映了能源转型融资的复杂性，具有明确的政策相关性。本书内容主要依托研究团队在气候金融相关领域的长期积累和最新研究成果汇聚而成，在写作过程中也得到来自国内外众多专家、学者的大力扶持和指导。
