As climate change has become a critical issue that countries worldwide face together, global warming poses significant challenges not only to the ecological environment but also to socio-economic conditions, financial markets, and investment activities. With the introduction of carbon neutrality goals, the importance of low-carbon green development has become increasingly prominent. The role of the financial system in addressing climate risks and supporting low-carbon transitions has garnered global attention, making climate finance a key area of research and an academic frontier.
To explore the impacts of climate change, carbon neutrality, and climate finance in greater depth, the Ninth Carbon Neutrality and Climate Finance High-Level Forum, co-hosted by the ISETS Energy Finance Network and the Studies of Climate Finance, Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning, and Economical Mathematics, will be held in collaboration with the School of Statistics and Applied Mathematics at Anhui University of Finance and Economics and the Key Laboratory of Philosophy and Social Sciences for Low Carbon Development and Carbon Finance in Anhui Province.
